Pre-Service or Repair Assessment
We can take a detailed look at your machine before carrying out a service or repair for a set fee of £25.00. If we then go ahead with the service or repair this will be deducted from the final invoice.

Fixed Price Servicing
We offer a fixed price sewing machine service (plus parts, if needed) which includes thoroughly cleaning out dust, lint and thread debris inside the machine, checking mechanisms and parts, lubricating, and testing your sewing machine according to your sewing machine manual.
We then fit a new needle (included) and test run your machine to ensure that it functions as it should and that stitching is even and sound.
Finally we wipe it down and clean the exterior casing.

We are not able to service or repair overlockers or industrial machines.

Minor Issues
If your machine is misbehaving we are reluctant to carry out a repair without cleaning and servicing it first, however, we are happy to suggest what you might do to try to fix the issue yourself.

Fixed Price Service Cost:
Manual & Small Computerised Sewing Machine - £69.00 (plus parts, if needed).
We service most well-known makes including Janome, Brother, Singer, Bernette, Elna, Frister Rossmann and Bernina.

EMBROIDERY MACHINES
We can service the mechanical elements of most embroidery machines. However, computer-based issues need to be checked by your manufacturers local fully equipped and trained main dealership.
Fixed price embroidery machine mechanical service charge £84.00. (plus parts, if needed).
Free machine collection and return in Ely.
